Ok, so this is kinda a themed team, in that it's Gen.1 pokes only. I reckon it's fairly balanced, but i bet there's a number of problems reaching triple digits.

In-Depth

Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Leftovers
4 Hp / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Taunt
Stealth Rock
Ice Fang
Earthquake

Taunt before they put up rocks/spikes, stealth rock, then either i'm dead or i attack. At least that's the idea. Or i can just attack outright.

Tentacruel @ Leftovers
Calm
Liquid Ooze
252 Hp / 120 Def / 136 SpD
Toxic Spikes
Surf
Sludge Bomb
Rapid Spin

This is great support. I can come in, spin their rocks/spikes away, set up toxic spikes, but this can also do some damage. grass types are pretty much screwed over with Sludge Bomb, and they can't absorb liquid ooze.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Timid
4 Hp / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Thunderbolt
HP Grass
Heat Wave
Roost

This thing can take car of the likes of Swampert and other Water/Ground types, aswell as others. Can also get rid of Gyara and Electric-weak pokes. Heat Wave gets rid of steel-types aswell.

Flareon @ Choice Band
Adamant
76 Hp / 252 Atk / 180 Spe
Fire Fang
Superpower
Bite
Return

I know Arcanine is superior, but personally i love this guy.

Gengar @ Expert Belt
Timid
252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 Hp
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
HP Fire
Focus Blast

I still think Gengar is one of the best special sweepers out there, up with Zapdos.

Machamp @ Leftovers
Adamant
No Guard
25 Hp / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Stone Edge
Sleep Talk
Rest
Dynamicpunch

I just figured, with no guard, dynamicpunch is going to kill.

Ok, you are massively Salamence weak and Gyarados weak. Zapdos is a poor counter being dispatched easily by Stone Edge from Gyarados.

Also each time Salamence comes in you will have to sacrifice a pokemon thanks to you packing nothing to absorb Outrages/Draco Meteors. The only thing in kanto that can come in on draco's and what not is Magnezone (or Magneton :/) so you could make space for him, probably >> Zapdos or something. Which also lessens your SR weak and thus less need for Rapid Spin.

Then id maybe put something like Scarf Starmie >> Tentacruel to beat both DD Mence and DD Gyara.

Starmie @ Choice Scarf
252 SPEED / 252 SP.ATT / 6 HP
Modest Nature
Trait : Natural Cure
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Surf
- Trick

Arcanine >> Flareon, sure Flareon gets Superpower but Arcanine gets Extremespeed (your team is kinda slow so it helps keeping powerful sweepers in check) and Flare Blitz, so yeah.

Arcanine@Choice Band
252 ATT / 252 SPEED / 6 DEF
Adamant Nature
Flash Fire (helps with tran)
- Flare Blitz
- Thunderfang
- Extremespeed
- Iron Head.

Also sub/protect >> t-bolt on Gar, helps with its Pursuit problem.

I also feel like a more offensive machamp is in check, since this team is offensive so a rest talker doesnt really fit in. Try sub champ, Sub/D-Punch/Payback/Stone Edge 216 hp / 252 att / 42 speed i think is the set @ leftovers.

There is only so much you can do with a team like this.

If you're going to run Leftovers on Zapdos, add some more bulk to it. 252 HP/80 Def/ 176 Spe@ Timid is the set that I run. If you prefer to go more offensive, you can use a Life Orb or Expert Belt.

I'll come back later, since I'm really tired and have a long plane ride coming up.

Your team is very weak to Dragon Dance Gyarados and DDMence, I would advise to change the moveset of Zapdos this way:

http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites/dpmfa/dpmfa145.png
Zapdos @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 72 HP / 252 Spd / 184 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Thunderbolt
- U-turn

Stone Edge >> Ice Fang , its kinda silly if you didnt use Aero's powerful STAB move =/

You team are a lot of weak to Stealth rock, I would advise to insert Rapid Spin to Starmie.

Scarf Zapdos is a waste and uneeded and highly Pursuit bait.

It also has the same resistances just about as Zappy and deals with Scizor better.
