wierd shiny evee egg

ok something wierd happened with 2 eggs of that they traded me and when they hacht they where shinies then i checked their summary
and they where wernt shinies.

So whoever gave you those eggs hacked the Eevee to be shiny when they hatch, but if you do that they only hatch looking shiny, and turn back to normal afterwards.
