Rayquaza goes without saying. It's got some good stat boosting moves that boost its huge attack stat even further. 8> And of course.... arceus.

My favorite legend...hm...probably Mew in terms of pure opinion. Its got some fair moves and its not really all that bad...but the fact that its so hard to get kinda sucks.

In terms of fighting...Darkrai for me. Why? Because he's great for combos, doesn't have crap base speed and I just love his theme...

Arceus is obviously taking the cake with its stats. But if you want us to go by what the most powerful legendary we have is, then my Lugia on Silver is good enough to win the title from me. Lugia on XD isn't worth jack shoes.

Hack off the 'two' in Mewtwo, and that Pokemon can Transform into any Pokemon. In other words, Mewtwo cannot Transform.

The strongest has to be Arceus.
His base stat total alone is the highest in the game, and he has a huge movepool, among the always STAB judgment(equivalent to an earthquake) and the amazing extremespeed, not mentioning recover/roost in case he is in that bind. He also has that multitype ability, which can topple certain teams easily if used right.

Factually it's Arceus, even though it's move sux. I'm not a fan of that Pokemon, I just have it for the bragging rights. If by strongest you mean ''Attack'' it has to be Deoxys Attack forme. On defense, Shuckle, even though it isn't a legendary.

My strongest is arguably my Palkia. Giratina is a very close 2nd though. Both are good at their own targets.

Technically, Arceus is best. Obviously, it's GOD. and it has the best stats and can turn into all 16 types.

Deoxys. Even though Arceus has the highest base stat total and can become any type, Attack/Speed/Normal Deoxys' has much higher Attack and Speed, and as such Arceus will get beat down. Horribly.

From the other perspective, you can just tank up with Cosmic Power/Amnesia/Barrier on your Defense Deoxys and proceed to rip with Seismic Toss and/or Night Shade.

The "most powerful being" is still no match for a virus. Sounds like real life to me.
