out of all 4 of them i would say that kiba's or yugi's are the best at attacks but joey's and maximillons pegasus are best with magic and trap!!this is how i would rate them

Well, seeing as you can ONLY buy from the ruby and sapphire sets, I'd have to say get the Blaziken deck, but I strongly suggest you buya gym leader or challenge deck.. They're cheaper and a lot better to use..

Well if you want a Base Deck my recommendation is Hydroblast.
