What is Skatcounter? :( Is it a kind of Poke?

I think you mean statcounter, and no it's got nothing to do with pokemon, it's simply a site that is used to record the number of hits to this site.
I'm sure that you've seen this word in your status bar, as I had many times, as the page loads. I'm not exactly sure what sort of data it submits, but it's essentially counting visits to this forum and various places.
