I am always getting Constipated. I've tried everything from eating heathy, to exsuring to bathing everyday and always getting outside out and about. Nothing seems to do any good. And the problem's not the foods I'm eating cause I went for 2 days without eating a single thing and still got Constipated. I went to tons of doctors and they couldn't find anything wrong with me. I even went to the psychologist and he told me what I was already doing. He told me to eat all my meals eat what my mom eats since she doesn't have trouble with Constipation. Walk for 30mins a day and keep my body clean. I did that, still having trouble after trying that for a full month. I thought maybe I have Irritable bowel syndrome. But then I found out I didn't cause I only suffer from Constipation. I've tried meds as well, even they did no good. Does anyone know what may be wrong with me and what I can do to fix my problem? Cause I've been like this for over 10 years.

PC isn't the best place for medical advice. Just saying. You'd be better seeing your GP.

I did, they couldn't find anything wrong with me either.

Sounds like you have an issue with you're digestive system. Likely with you're intestinal tract.

Are you farting every day? (Not to be gross, but you're answer could aid those in the medical field narrow you're problem)

OKAY

OKAY

Have you heard of "Prunes"? It may also be because your diet sucks.

BUT WE'RE NOT DOCTORS

Apple juice forces everything out of my body. x_x

But of course, any laxative can help.

Yes I am sure. Whenever I go to the bathroom I can't go and my intestdents are always in pain.

Why someone would ask how to unconstipate themselves on a Pokemon forum is beyond me.

Eat as many eggs as you possibly can in a single day, that will help.

Sorry, if your GP who's been trained in the medical field doesn't know what's wrong with you, what makes you think that a forum generally directed towards children and teenagers know what's wrong with you?

...Use your common sense.

Oh, shut up guys.

Enough with the whole
"This is a pokemon forum" or,
"This is a forum directed to teenagers and whatnot".

The person wants damn help, NOT unhelpful comments about how they asked the wrong place.

You could atleast try and help the poor girl,
and if you really have no suggestions,
don't say anything.

I mean, does it even matter that this is a pokemon forum to help someone with a problem? >.>"

ANYWAY,
---

Hm...

You may have a special internal problem,
how long has this been going on for?
Days?
Weeks?
Months?
Years?

Did you go to a specialist on this kind of thing?

Juicy juice. Whenever I was a kid and I drank too much of that stuff, I always got diarrhea. Try drinking craploads of that. And lots of water. Take some multivitamins if you aren't already. Get fiber-enriched food. Like foods from Fiber One. Good luck. :) I hope this helps.

I didn't read the entire thread, but as an uncertified doctor, I can tell you that laxatives fix everything...especially constipation. ^_^

That didn't help either......

The back of my laxative box says :

Stop use and consult a doctor if :

You have ****** bleeding or no bowel movement after the use of this product. These could be signs of a serious condition.

So it is definitely nothing to joke about. :x
You seriously must not see good doctors if they can't figure out what's wrong.

Fiber FTW

Eat something with lots of fiber. Because fiber makes you go #2.

Fiber. No, seriously. Things like this are usually due to a lack of fiber in the diet, so what you'll want to do is take supplements. On top of supplements, try prune juice (gross, but it helps), leafy greens, broccoli, corn, cereal, anything that says it's high in fiber. Eat a lot of these, not just a little. Also, you'll want to remove certain things from your diet, like bananas.

Furthermore, drink a ton of water. Sometimes, it's also the fact that you haven't had enough water that binds you up. Don't just drink juice or sodas.

If all else fails, sometimes, coffee helps for me. It's the caffeine jolt.

As for laxatives, I tend to think of them as a last resort, not because of the part that мilкii Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ pointed out but instead because some of them will also warn you that you may become dependent on them if you end up using them before trying to solve your problem with everything else.

INteresting subject... Since you're a girl it could be cramps, but not likely if it's been going on for this long. My mom says yogurt helps clean out the system too in response to Valentine.

I feel proud for being the first of the people who directly mentioned fiber as a solution, and not just as a side-bar effort. >.>

Truer words were never spoken...

I'd recommend eating a lot of veggies! And also Activia if you like yogurt.
