Uploading Pictures

For some reason, I can't upload pictures anymore. I've tried to uplaod them, but an error message comes up and tells me that the uplaod failed. The same happens when I try to upload a profile picture. Any help?

What's the file type, size, and where are you uploading it to?
Avatar, Album, etc?

Both the pictures are PNG. One I am uplaoding to my album, and the other I want to upload as my profile picture.

What is the file size?
Also, regular member's profile picture size is 130 x 130, or was it 150 x 150?
It's either one of those. Although, it should just auto-resize.. :/

It auto resized and went along as normal, but the error message appears anyway. O.o I guess I should just ignore it, but it's still something that should be fixed, though.

a regular member's picture size should be around 130 X 130
