a simple question, for a breeder like me

I specilise in pokemon breeding, and make sure I have all pokemon capible of breeding, bred throughtly.
I just want to know a simple question. Is it possible to bred a ditto with a latias or latios ( i dont have an of the two dragons yet ) I want to know, because they both have genders.

The simple fact that they come under the term legendary, automatically means they can't breed. Even though they can have genders means they theoretically can breed... since they're legendary they can't.
