I'm not sure where you can get them darkness, but I'm going to guess from Nintendo Power Magazine as a Subscribers bonus.

I'll answer it before Simon can close this:

Wonder Spots! The Birth Island Ticket (I forget which one) is currently in Seattle, Minneapolis and Atlanta. Once downloaded, you are able to go to Birth Island and capture Deoxys. NoA haven't released information of when the Navel Rock tickets will be available to the western world.

If you live in Europe/Australia (like me ^_^), then they'll probably be released by the time Diamond/Pearl will be released in Japan. :/

Yeah. You can also get it if you go to The Pokemon Center NY.
