Which pokemon game was your fave?

The wifi capabilities of this generation combined with that DPP contains every pokemon thus far introduced forces me away from the nostalgia of R/B/G/Y. I have to say DPP.

What the heck, you forgot the original R/B. I say Red or Firered for the game. However with the Wi-Fi abilities and stuff i will have to say Platinum version.

But when SoulSilver comes out in America, it's gonna be the best.

From the poll i'll choose platinum/pearl/diamond because thats when I actually started playing pokemon more. From other pokemon games... I dont know.

Red and Blue were good for their time but I don't get the same thrill out of them as I used to.
I don't remember much about Gold and Silver. Hopefully that will change once HG and SS are released in the US.
Ruby and Sapphire had some of my favorite Pokemon.
Diamond and Pearl were fun, but I was very, very unimpressed with the lack in variety of Pokemon you could catch before obtaining the national dex. To me, it seemed like the game only got fun after you beat the elite 4.

I vote Ruby and Sapphire because that was the game I had the most fun searching for and catching Pokemon in.

I have to go with Red.

Don't get me wrong, natures and happiness and contests and all that extra stuff is fun, but I like the basic gameplay of Red version.

Plus it was my first pokemon game, so it has a special place.

My answer:Crystal. Even though it wasn't my first game, I still like it a lot more than red or any other game. :P

Platinum. I just like it a bit better than Emerald. Part of it was because Emerald's Battle Frontier gave their MODEST Sceptiles this moveset: Leaf Blade - Aerial Ace - Something I can't remember - Detect. It had 160 attack. What's wrong with that? Make it Jolly or even Adamant instead... jeez!

I like the Jolly Platinum Sceptiles. :3

I enjoyed my first experience better than any that followed. Looking back, I don't think it's the best (I give that to Diamond/Pearl/Platinum due to superior features), but it was definitely my favorite.

Regardless, I'll vote Diamond/Pearl because it's the best. :V
