can you have seperate accounts

i was just wondering cause i might want to make another one not to escape a ban or anything just to have it if i forget this ones password or something

Lots of people here on PC have other accounts so I should think so, yes.

Alternate accounts are allowed, so long as you don't use it to evade a ban.
Also, if you forget your password, when you login and fail, it has a link that says:

"Forget your password? Click here!"
You can use that if you forget, so long as you know your email address.
