Now, I highly doubt it, but I know that people are rather fond of pokemon 4th gen ROMs, and so I wonder- can they connect to WiFi?

My main guess is no. I mean- MAYBE if you wirelessly connect from your computer- but how much can people really be entertained by pokemon platinum when they've (most likely) had pearl/platinum. And, it just seems that it'd be really cool if it could connect to WiFi. So, is it possible? :3

No, but you can battle and trade with other peoplewith GBA roms.

If someone builds a wifi center for that certain emulater ur using to run the rom and if they have wifi also then it should work like n intendos :D
Only problem is we need someone to make that network :(

On an emulator? No. At least not for now. But they can on flash carts in an actual DS.
