D-Breath on Kingdra?

Im trying to raise a Kingdra at FR, but to it be completed, she needs Dragon Breath. Than I saw at PokeFor's PokéDex that Kingra cant learn Dragon Breath =o
I realized the thing to do is... Breeeding Chain!
So... how can I give Kingdra D-Breath WITHOUT trading with Ru/Sa?

hmm i think onix and steelix can actually learn it
so thats where you start your breeding chain from
someone else can give you the exact chain, im too tired

Onix/Steelix are nowhere near in the same Egg Group as Kingdra. And it's true, there is no-one in FR/LG that can pass on Dragonbreath - Altaria is the most direct route.

Well, let's see. Onix/Steelix are in the Mineral egg group. And the only ones who can learn Dragonbreath in the Mineral egg group (by any means) are Onix and Steelix. Therefore, it is not possble to breed Dragonbreath out of the Mineral egg group.
