pick up ability question

im just wopndering were i can find a table that lists what items the ability Pick Up can actually get.

also is it effected by the location you are in during the battle and does the level of the pokemon using pickup actually effect what can actually be found.

im asking this as ive now got 5 of those Zigzagoons and im leveling my starter (only just started the game...got other pokemon but am just item hunting/leveling atm for the 1st gym)

Im not sure if there are more, but those are what I find normally ^^;

Well, it all depends on the verson of the game your playing. In Ruby/Sapphire you can get:

Super Potion
Full Restore
Nugget
Ultra Ball

In Emerald, the items you pickup change depeding on the pokemon's level. For level 1-10 you get :
