-Rules for Introductions, Returns & Helpful Links
Welcome to the PokéCommunity! Or back, if you've been gone for a while. Reading these rules is a must if you plan on posting any thread here in the New Users / Welcome board. I know, I know, you want to be on your way to enjoying the boards, but I promise you'll have a much better stay if you take some time to read these.

General Rules:
→Follow the General PokéCommunity Rules:
Kind of obvious, but just in case. As with any board on PC, you need to follow all community rules, unless otherwise stated in the board-specific rules. You can find the PokéCommunity Rules right -> here (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=91723).

→All Threads Must Be Introductions or Announcements of Returning:
Before you click that shiny, "submit thread" button, make sure your thread is either an initial introduction or a returning thread. Anything else, such as a trade request, or a thread about ROM Hacking for example, will be considered SPAM, and will be closed.

→Before Making a Returning Thread:
Be sure that your last post on PC was at least 30 days ago before making a thread to announce your return. If it hasn't quite been a month, please direct your returning post to the Leave / Absence Thread. Likewise, if you're returning from a ban or have made an alternate account, please do NOT create a thread.

→The New User's Hangout & Leaves / Absence Thread:
The New User's Hangout is a thread for new members to hang out and get to know the other members of the community, as well as get a few, simple questions answered here and there. The Leaves / Absence Thread is for members to announce any leave from the community, permanent or temporary.

→Do Not Revive Threads:
Please do not reply to a thread that has not been posted in for over 30 days. Even if the thread is your own introduction or returning thread, this still constitutes as thread revival, or "necroing," and violates the rules.
