go to the strategy forum section, and read the Advanced Trainer's Guide... the few entries in the battledex can help a little too.

Go read frostweavers Advance Trainer Guide
put together a team [a dream team not an actual team ie what u want not what u have]
and come back for help
Give us EVs, items and personalitites when u do.
