To add to that, ripway.com is a really good place to host music for it, too.
Just adding that in.. since some people have no idea where to go to host it. @_@

You get the music and upload it to some sort of music hosting site or whatnot and use that link in the sound tags.

Judging from your signature, you tried to use a YouTube video, which won't work.
To play a song in your signature, you have to find the song you want as in MP3 file, and then host it on Ripway. Once it's hosted on there it'll give a direct link, and you grab that and place it in your signature. If you need more specific instructions, then just let me know.
