View Full Version : I feel like such a bad person.

Some of you may remember me making a topic about having trouble deciding on a present for a girl; well, now some more trouble. Her, being the normally happy person she is, constantly refuses to have a serious conversation with me. She knows I like her as more than a friend, and just... Always plays with my head. There are days where she's always smiling, sort of flirty, saying things like "anything can happen", and then there are days when she doesn't even seem to care that we're friends. And I feel bad, because, well, I think I'm getting feelings for her sister, who at least acts like she cares, helps with my problems, and overall is a very nice person. Now, the first girl gets really annoyed by me talking to her sister. I don't know why. It's like she just won't let me pick my own friends. And, adding to the bad feelings, right now I want to say hurtful things to her, about not caring and being so reclusive it's impossible to get to know her. I'm not expecting any real answers or replies; it just feels good to get this out in the open.

Hey, I know what you are feeling. This same thing happend to me. I hope your case that the first girl doesn't leave and treat you like crap/go to every guy but you. I would say go with the sister, she seems like a nice person. If you ever did go for the first girl I can almost 100% say that relationship would be false.

yea, Okami is right. Just leave the first girl alone. I know it's hard to change your feelings, but with a bit of luck you'll get to be with her sister and there wouldn't really be anything she can do about it.

It's simple, in my opinion; if you want a girl with a good character, you don't have a reason to like her, so you better avoid having feelings for her; also, you're in charge of yourself, and not her, so you can talk with her sister all you want.

The first girl is just teasing you >:
Not in the fifth grade way but more in the "I want to see how long I can string you along" way.
Girls are manipulative. It's just how we are.
Not all of us are, and not all of us all the time.
But for some of us it's fun to do that to guys.
I've done it before and I feel kind of bad now >_<;
But yeah. It happens. You should take your chances with the second girl.

I know how you feel.

I'd say you should go with her sister. If she's ignoring you, tell her that. Make time to talk. If she's still ignoring you, leave her. Go with her sister. Go with someone who cares.

I'm thinking that the first girl likes you, but is afraid to say it. The jealousy thing was a pretty clear sign to me.

Do what is right for you. You don't owe the first girl anything, and if she really cared about you she would be straight forward with you. You sound like a good guy, and the thing about being a good guy is that sometimes people are going to try to take advantage of you. You deserve the best bud, don't settle.

Eh, me and the first girl have been really great friends for a few months, now. She is nice, in most senses, but just doesn't seem to enjoy talking to me that much, and every time I talk to her sister, she's all "yeah, I'm sick of being compared to my sister, and now she's sharing my friends, too". And I sort of doubt this girl is one to be manipulative. It's not usually the smart, quiet, shy ones that take advantage of people for fun. Anyway, like I said, I'm not really asking for help, I just need to tell somebody.
