I saw in a guide book that Charizard can learn Dragon Dance as an egg move is there any other way to get it on him or do I have to keep hatching eggs until I get it on him? :\

You have to breed it onto him. Raise a Male Altaria till it learns Dragon Dance. Then breed it with a Female Charmander/Charmeleon/Charizard and then you'll get an egg. It hatches to be a Level 5 Charmander that knows Dragon Dance.
