Here is the deck I hope to take to the nearest state championships. Please post if you have any comments or a rating score. (I'm trying to get Blazy ex)

Basics (15):
4x Torchic (3x Latios/Latias battle kit, 1 R/S)
2x Cyndiquil (HL)
3x Numel (69/97 Dragon)
2x Eevee (Sandstorm)
Latias (EX Battle Kit)
3x Dunsparce (SS)

Stage 1 (6):
2x Combusken (Dragon)
2x Camerupt (24/97 Dragon)
Flareon (SS)
Quilava (SS)

Stage 2 (2):
2x Blaziken (Firestarter)

Trainers (16):
4x Celio's Network
4x TV Reporter
2x Wally's Training
2x Steven's Advice
2x Warp Point
Ancient Tomb
Mr. Briney's Compassion

Energy (22):
Fire

The trainers seem to be working out well, and the main strategy is to get out Blazy or something like it as quickly as possible. Thanks for the help! :D

First, trim the fat. That means everything except Camerupt, Blaze, and Dunsparce. NOw, throw in a couple of Delcatty for extra speed. Try getting another 2 or so Blaze, b/c the deck will run much better with 4 of them and 3-4 Rare Candys. I'd also say trim the Energy down to bout 16-18. Find some Steven/POR/Copycat (if the spoilers are right) for more draw. It has the bones of a decent deck, but needs some refinement.

Take the torchic dont to about three, and that's pushing it.

At least add a typhlosion(if you have one)
you don't need that many celios network,so trim those down.

here, lets put it this way, never have more then three of the same card in your deck.
add a energy recycle, and take the energies down to 20.

add some cards to your trimmed deck, and post it again for disection XD.
