Does anyone knows how to get a tyrogue with egg moves
because he is 100% male Serebii's site says that tyrogue
has eggmoves that is strange does anyone knows how ????

You have to breed with Ditto, then level up to a different type. Say you wanted Hitmonchan with Hi Jump Kick. Only Hitmonlee learns it naturally right? So, you get a Hitmonlee, level it up to learn Hi Jump Kick, then breed with Ditto. Evolve Tyrogue into the form you want:
Hitmonchan - Defence must be higher than Attack
Hitmonlee - Attack must be higher than Defence
Hitmontop - Attack and Defence must be equal.
