k... i'm out of touch from the current TCG world... but i'm sure that this has the following problems

-way too much energy... reduce it

-too little trainer/supporter cards... they are your backbone supporting your deck.

-too much evolution line. It makes things difficult to draw the right cards at the needed time. If you mass basic pokemon/baby pokemon, you can put them out whenever you need them

-1 of a card is less than 2% chance of drawing it. Increase your chances by boosting the amount of every single card to at least 3 or 4 (for a much better 6.7% chance, and even higher chances too once good supporter trainer cards are added)

If I only get moore of that Matchamp, thats the card i like very mush:

MACHAMP:
--------
Stage2/Evolves from Machoke
120 HP

Poke-Power:
Terraforming: Once during your turn
(before you attack), you may look
at the top 4 cards and rearrange them
as you like. This power can't be used if
Machamp is affected by a Special Condition.
----------------------
Iron Fist: Count the number of Pokemon
you have in play with damage counters on them.
Flip a coin. If heads this attack does 50 damage
plus 10 more damage for each of those Pokemon.

50+
