Try improving about 40-odd levels first :-) Seriously though, let's see what we can do with your movesets...

Hitmonchan@Lum Berry
EV: 252 Att, 252 Speed, 6 Def
Bulk Up
Brick Break
Rock Slide
Shadow Ball

Salamence - use Mullet's set, or:

Salamence@Petaya Berry
EV: 252 Sp Att, 252 Speed, 6 Sp Def
Nature: + Speed, - Def
Flamethrower
Dragon Claw
Hydro Pump
HP Electric/Ice

Metagross - let's go with the standard:

Metagross@Leftovers
EV: 252 Att, Speed up to 197, remainder in Defence
Nature: + Att, - Sp Def
Meteor Mash/HP Steel
Agility
Explosion
Shadow Ball

Gengar - what did you do to poor Gengar?

Gengar@Lum Berry
EV: 252 Sp Att, 252 Speed, 6 Sp Def
Nature: + Sp Att, - Att
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Giga Drain
HP Dark/Destiny Bond

Kingdra - drop Agility for HP Grass/Electric, but keep the rest
EV: 252 Sp Att, speed up to 197, remainder in Sp Def/Def
Nature: + Sp Att, - Att

Charizard - mixed sweeping with Zard is never easy anyway:

Charizard@Lum Berry
EV: 252 Att, 252 Speed, 6 Sp Def
Nature: + Att, - Sp Att
Overheat
Swords Dance
Earthquake
Rock Slide

Hmm Toothache @ Special Sweeping Salamence i prefer a +Speed -Attack nature more then a +Speed -Defense nature since hasn't a physical attack. But i think you meant that :p its just that mixed salamences always have +Speed -Defense i think

Yeah, I'm so used to using the - Defence nature for Salamance. - Att works better if it's just pure Special Sweeping

What I did was like physical sweeping with a special attack for back up.

Yeah, Mullet's posted that for you, I just offered an alternative.

For the Zard I would put White Herb just in case you want to use Overheat again, you never know you might need to use it again.

Thanks for the help, people. Using movesets close to these, (I still don't have enough money to buy some TMs) I won against the second wave using only 5 Full Restores and a Revive. Now, I must train them all to level 100.
