Help My Arbok

[Water Pokemon Master]

Ok, I got an Arbok, but I really need to 'fix it up' and make it a strongerfighter, what should I teach it? How is it?

Strength
Giga Drain
Haze
Glare

It's a mix of Haze and Annoyer. An annoyer cuz I paralize my opponent and drain their life. So? What should I do?

Won't work at all... Arbok needs luck to do anything right >>; And it certainly cannot special attack at all.

Arbok- [atk or speed + / sp.atk -] @ quick claw
EV: attack and speed?
-glare
-rock slide
-sludge bomb
-earthquake

Very difficult Pokemon to use... when it accels at nothing but attack which is only above average. Only average speed isn't helping either. Can't haze even though it has haze, because it can't withstand a single attack.

I would put the rest of the EVs into hp

sweetie, yo have no time for screech b/c by the time u use it they will either switch out or attack u... and 1 hit will most likely kill arbok. use toxic, protect/endure, sludge bomb, glare/attract (glare depends if u r gonna use toxic or not, and either way, swagger will help them in the long term, so use attract altho they may be same gender), have nature +attck -sp attck, item either choice band or bright powder/quick claw.

choice band? then you end up using 5 times toxic in a row because of the choice band :/ doesnt work.
