What the hell is "mini-modding" exactly? I just had a post deleted by an almighty mod because of mini-modding. Sounds like a car brand or something.

When a member with no power replies to a thread specifically to do a moderator's job.
i.e.
"This should be in the [blank] forum"
"We already have this thread: [Link]"
"Here's the Help Thread for this: [Link]"
^ This = mini-modding, regardless if the person answers the question or the post itself in relevancy.
Mini-modding this thread would be me saying:
"This belongs in this forum (http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=4)"
Just to give a real-time example.
