Him. And we don't know. The actual admins, for the most part, don't really deal with any of the bannings and stuff, so it's a possibility he didn't know that Jess was banned so many times and had so many offenses under his belt. Plus, Jess works on PPN, apparently, so there's another way in. -_-

You are just asking what Me, Jake and Abby (Kairi) have? We have all the Admin powers (atleast me and Abby does does). To be a Root Admin (Like Kwesi, Steve, Zap and V-Road) you have to have a large a large Pokemon site join PC as their forums. Well since the Root Admins was never on to do much work around here and stuff, them usergroups was made.
So in other words we are Admins.

It's like over 20 times (when all the banned members was un-banned Jess never had all his accounts re-banned. And there is also a good many on the old PC too, no one has been banned more times then Jess has). But Jess works for Steve, and Steve hosts PC so nothing we can do about it.

Well regardless we can’t say no. We might have all the technical powers, but they have the authority. If they want Jess back on PC, all we can do is what anyone can do, hope he doesn’t screw up again. It’s a longshot, but eh. Now let’s close this…self-righteousness really peevs off the admins here.
