Oh right, I remember this episode. The sewer Bulbasaur one. Right right.

I loved the mayor's design. The orange suit reminds me of Giovanni but the yellow bow tie and mustache combo was pretty funny. Though what was with his huge nose when he was a kid? He looked like one of those trolls under the bridge. At the end though, I'd rather not see him only in a towel covering him up.
