Yes, and it's very easy. Serebii has a good EV training guide(as well as MANY other Pokemon sites like it), try starting there. You really need PKRS and the Power Items to EV train effectively, though. Or at least PKRS and a Macho Brace.

Um...okay. Sorry for like completely ditching everybody I had pending trades with, but I haven't been home in about a week. I'm back today, but I'm leaving tomorrow for the summer.
