Where would you put a debate thread that isn't T-dome related?

Well, I was gonna start a debate thread in Other Chat about whether Pikachu should... well see Feared Saint in fan fic I'm not explaining it twice.

But where should I put it, will Other Chat be right?

Well T-Dome has flaming like topics.. Topics that should make flaming, However you must restrain from flaming -_-
