How can i get a machop with rock slide?

I don't know how helpful this is, but in FireRed/LeafGreen, there's a move tutor that teaches Rockslide in... That dark tunnel that leads to Lavender Town...

Only a few Pokemon learn Rock Slide naturally, but most can learn the move by Move Tutor.

Either way, the breeding chain goes:

Camerupt -> Spinda -> Machop
