Help, what pokemon should I raise...

Hi...I need some help!
I am currently up to the Celadon city in FireRed, and my pokemons are

-Chilzard
-Pidgeotto
-Vileploom
-Raichu
-Raticate

And after I came to the Celadon city I obtained Eevee and Dratini-so I'm thinking of changing some of my team members.

Should I drop pidgeotto or raticate? Since Chilzard can learn fly, but I want to keep all Chilzard's 4 move slots...Or maybe drop Raichu and evolve Eevee into Zolteon, that's another option, but then again I really need water Pokemon, and I was planning to evolve Eevee into Vaporeon for that...I could wait until I defeat Elite 4 and catch Suicune, but that seems to be too far away...

You shield think of a pokemon yourself :p but maybe something like a water pokemon would be good or a psychic guy. btw its Jolteon not Zolteon :p

Pidgeotto is really unusable, and with Charizard already being the part flyer, you might as well ditch it. Raticate you can keep for a bit more, until you come accross better ones, but it as well is pretty weak compared to most final forms.
