I'm interested in buying VIZ Media's 2nd Edition prints of Pokémon Adventures, but have some questions. Aside from the Green*cough* versus Sabrina cover-up, what other censoring has been put in place for the other reprints so far?

For now, I'm skipping over Volume 3 both as a boycott and as a concern over the site's listing of it as "USED - LIKE NEW". I'll just read it online when I get to it, for now.

Though, I am curious as to how the dialog reads now. Could anyone transcribe or scan the altered pages?

I actually made a thread about this myself about a month or so ago, I go into a fair bit of detail on the whole Sabrina/Green business too:

Unfortunately I didn't get any replies so I'm not sure if there are any other censored parts yet :(
I own volumes 1-6 so far and I haven't noticed any big in your face changes other than the Sabrina/Green scene.

Ah, that's good to know. I've yet to check Bulbapedia's articles for the individual rounds, but if you'ven't noticed anything, then they oughta be good to go. And the number you're familiar with is right for me: 4 for the price o' 3, so a boycott it shall be!

...That is, unless I'm convinced to by used or second-hand new, but I think I'd rather just buy direct for convenience.
