Negative Rep with No Comment...

I dont even know what the whole 'rep' system is/does....but that sucks someone de-repped you just for being honest..

There should be a rule or something that says that if you decline rep, to leave a comment instead of leaving that person wondering what did they do wrong in that post.

Yeah, even though it ddid seem kind of mean. you probably could of said something like " I personally don't like it, but you can fix it by_______" That way, no one can give you a bad reputation saying you were mean. Though some people may still give you a bad rep for that too. I hate when people do that for no reason and then leave no comment about why they did it.

Then if that happened, nobody would really de-rep anyone; because they'd be too scared to tell the person...or maybe it would work...I would have thought that if there was going to be a rep system, someone would have made it so it did what you said, Mike..

O.o; I got a de-rep but it doesn't really matter anyway. Don't make a big case of this. Those reps make it seem someone is popular but even though they aren't, they get nice reps. x.X; Those jerks that gave you a bad rep. probably want some fun.

yeah but I was going on about stereotypists and the jerk gave me bad rep for being one myself (yes I know I'm a hypocrite) because they can't read and besides I said generally not I think...

Back when Serebii had the rep system, I used to get bad rep for posting captions to the pictures in the clubs...mind you, I got good rep for REALLY good captions, and the club members liked my captions...thankfully, it got turned off over there.

In my opinion, everyone doesn't need to be making a mountain out of a molehill. Rep does nothing at all. If you get infinity rep, it doesn't make you a mod, it doesn't give you anything. If you are so worked up about getting bad rep once in awhile, then just turn off rep points. That way, there is nothing to worry about.

Yeah. Ideally people wouldn’t abuse it, but sometimes they do. You either have to kinda deal, or just turn it off. That’s…it, really.
