hi i want to make a pokemon emerald hack and i need some help ,because im a beginner. im thinking a team rocket hack because there arent many finished ones that arent old. so could i have some help please.

You may want to check out the Help Recruitment Thread over in ROM Hacking. If anywhere around this community, that's where you're actually gonna find willing helpers for your project.
