Well, it really depends what moves you want to give to Tyranitar, but anything in the Monster egg group will do the job, so it doesn't really matter otherwise. Moves are important in the breeding process, after all.

I usually use dittos to breed, you can breed any pokemon except the legendaries with them OBVIOUSLY because the legendaries dont have a gender
