Not directly no, but there is a breeding chain for Beedrill. Actually, the chain is easy, since pretty much EVERY Pokemon can learn Toxic.
Breeding chain goes like this:
Beedrill -> Paras -> Hoppip -> Snubbull -> Farfetch'd -> Skarmory
Note that there are many other routes you can take, I've just chosen the most efficient.

Yeah, it's not easy to get moves out of the Bug egg group, or into the Flying egg group, so you have to go all around the houses as it were to get Toxic onto Skarmory from Beedrill. But if you really want Toxic on Skarm, this is one of the best ways.

Yeah, it goes like this:
Ninetails -> Persian

Otherway around, but yeah, Persian and Ninetales are in the same egg group, so just breed directly. No problem

to continue from that, to get a stronger skymory, get two of eggs from the skymory n breed them (obviously one of the must best f and one must be m) since both of them have the move toxic, the even newer baby would have toxic and obviousy the stats would be better because of the pokemon breeded are the same species

What's the breeding chain to get Rock Slide on Cradily and Aerodactyl?

For Cradily, try this:
Camerupt -> Sealeo -> Corsola -> Lileep
I don't think Rock Slide is an Egg move for Aerodactyl, so you'd just have to use the move tutor (at least that's what I think, I'm not certian).

You can breed Move Tutor moves as well, you know, the same way you can breed TMs. Only problem is, that only two Pokemon in the Flying Egg group can learn Rock Slide - Aerodactyl, and Skarmory. And since neither of those can breed with another Egg Group, you are forced to use the Move Tutor if you want Rock Slide on Aerodactyl.
As for the Cradily breeding chain above, it's definately one that works.

Actually, there was a way to get Aerodactyl with Rock Slide - from Pokemon Stadium 2. I forget how you actually did it though.
