It's difficult to rate since all it has so far is 4 mini-chao images ^^;
I'd suggest a more chao-related layout though -blue with a chao top banner would be good

There are plenty of layout guides on the internet, we have one at dadragonz.com (under the table html guide) -it's not difficult once you know how ^^

theres just one problem:
i used freewebs, and it does'nt let me do a custom layout!
do you guys know any other good website hosts?

With Freewebs you can do a custom layout if you make it on the computer and upload it via FTP, I believe... I've seen sites do that before. o_O

Ya, JA is right, you can use your own layout ^^;
You've got to download index.html that they supply you with and edit parts of it, or alternatively you can just create your own layout and save it as index.html and then transfer it ^^;

Maybe you should read up on how to create a layout, and how to use a web host, before creating your own website ^^;
