In Pokemon Gold I Went To The Guy That Gives Me The Expn Card And He Said He Gave It To Me But I Dont Have It!!!!!!!!!! Help

The Expn card expands your radio's functions in Kanto so it picks up their popular radio channels, it's not a function card.
