how do i RNG Breed with HG and SS?

That's not for HG/SS. I don't think they've found a way for RNG shinies on HG/SS yet. You could try the Mesuda Method on HG/SS though.

Ah okay, my bad :/

If you're wondering, here are the new odds if you use the Masuda method of shiny breeding. It's where you use two Pokémon from seperate regions to breed, making them 75% more likely to breed a shiny. So just a foreign ditto would do.

1/2048 instead of the usual 1/8192. (Bulbupedia)
