Basic Rules

No posting/linking to porn.
No swearing, or censor bypass (d@mn, etc)
No spamming (eg. Topics with no content; Posts which are unrelated to the topic they are posted in)
No linking to forums through PMs or posts, only your signature may be used.
No advertising of "free" items via links
Respect every member on the board. Do not flame members within your posts or your signatures. Also, do not bash other based on their beliefs. Do not try to force your beliefs on others.
Avoid double posting (Posting twice or more in a row when no one else has replied, making it so two of your posts are in a row)
All posts are to have a minimum of four words or more in each post (unless it is in Fun time in PokéLand where posts don't count for the total post count).
No using "gay" as a slur or in any demeaning way.
Reporting: If someone has spammed/been offensive, use the report button and state in the thread that you have reported them. Once someone has stated that they have reported a thread which should be closed, please refrain from posting in the thread until it has been dealt with by the staff
Avoid duplicate topics. Be sure there has not been a topic recently that has the same subject as the one you are making. Try using the “search” feature.
ROMs of any game, Pokémon or not, are prohibited. This is gone into greater detail in the ROMs section. Warez are prohibited, that is no software that's cracked or posting of Serial Numbers.

Signatures
The general rule of thumb regarding signature sizes is that they should not exceed one browser window's worth of space (both horizontally and vertically).
The maximum image size for signatures is 500x300. You can have multiple images this size so long as verticaltotal ones don’t stack on top of each other and breech the limit, and horizontal ones aren’t next to each other and breech it. To see how large you image is, right click it and select properties.

Images that stack together larger than this will be removed from your sig without warning.
Please do not "overreturn" your signature. That is, do not use too many "carriage-returns" or lines in your signature or other actions which will drag out your signature past the one browser page limit.

Polls go in their respective forums, if they have one. An example is "Favorite Pokémon" goes in Pokémon general. "Do you have a pet?" goes in Other Voting Polls.
