the jap bonus dics that comes with colosseum and thats the only way and that still can be put in simple questions

edit: in silver there was some gs ball trick that never worked

There is a legit or non-xtra disc way to get celebi

There is a shrine in the forest next to azalea town.
Catch all pokemon except mew and celebi(obviously)
Get the time flute(I think Oak gives it to you when you have all pokemon except the above)
Go to the shrine and use the time flute and celebi should pop out at lvl 70 or something like that!

Ummm... there is no Time Flute in the game. When you complete your Pokédex, you just get a Diploma.

And unlike you, I actually know what I'm saying because I completed my Pokédex on Gold.

Time Flute is a Pokemon Colosseum only item, so there's no way you're getting one on Silver. Besides, apart from cheating there's no way to get Mew or Celebi nowadays, since Nintendo gave them out at special events that have long since passed.
