Overall, its a nice layout ^^
Just a couple of suggestions:
The light affiliate buttons you have -you could use a mouse rollover script so that they change to their full bold colour when you scroll over the button.
I think it'd look better having that second sidebar on the right, rather than both on the left, since it means when you open the page you cant directly read the news without scrolling across or maximising the page.
Apart from that its a very sweet layout ^^

I like the layout Kuni?-kun but It's so... dull coloured.. >>; I'd say make a soft blue light grey layout with orange or a dark grey with green layout. My 10 cents.. *runs off to play Hamtaro*

If you don't want it, I'd be happy to take it off your hands. If I don't use it as a layout for my site, I could dress it up and put it as a free layout, and have it credited as made by you and me.

Of course, but most people tend to be pretty trustworthy anyway, I've checked on the ones using my free layouts and they seem to be all there. :P

Anyway, I like that layout too, Kuni. The only gripe I have (and you know there's always going to be at least one :P) is that there's only one sidebar.
