Can't get C Panel Up

Hey, I can't get the Control Panel to show up. Whenever I click on User CP it keeps taking me to the first Category of the forum. Can I get the link to the User CP please?

This happens to me sometimes... Try going back to the homepage and then try again. Works for me.

javascript fail.. try clearing your cache.. or log out, close browsers, then log back in

All of the pop down menu buttons, especially notifications, are a real pain. Isn't there a more reliable type?
