DV passing question

ok im wondering on how you can get great DV's from parents to their children.

Currently ive got a male and female (Bagon's) with an Attack DV of 31/30 respectivly
the male also has 24 hp DV and the female has 21.
the male has 12 speed and female has 27

all the rest im not worried about as they arnt important for me at this point in time.

now i know that 3 RANDOM DV stats from the 12 available DV stats are directly passed on down to the offspring and the other 3 are randomized as normal.

now im looking for my Bagon bubby to have as high HP Att and Speed as possable and have breeded these two as my best candidates so far.

so im wanting to know if ive got this DV passing via breeding down pat so that i can have a higher (even if its very small) chance at getting 27+ stats in those DV's.

if you could help me out Toothache or anyone else it wuld be greatly appreciated as usual.

It's all dependant on luck, like I said in the Beginners Breeding Guide. Whether or not the right IVs are passed along is all down to chance, so you'll just have to keep breeding until you get close to what you need. Attack and Speed are the most important for Salamence, HP isn't really that essential because you'll be OHKOing most if not all opponents after 2-3 Dragon Dances, with no way for most of them to retaliate (apart from Quick Attack and similar moves).
