A Sonic Sprite Comic From AaronandJoseph

Hello all,and welcome to what I have decided to do on the computer. Instead of game hacking(I sucked,I never got any demos out on time),I've dedicated my time to sprite comics! I hardly focus on the story line,but make it funny with a tiny storyline. Anyway,I'll put up 1-3. Tell me what you think,and i'll start posting them all!

it has a good plotline in the end (the beginning is kinda random, but hey, it's all cool)
The artwork could be done a little bit better. The blocks are kinda big, and my eyes stare more at the big blocks at color more than the sprites. Try shrinking them down a bit. ^^
It's also kinda hard to see that tails is wearing a dress, it's mainly the color. I think it may be the file type; try saving as png if you have problems with it. THe splicing looks really good though.

Good enough plot, but the artwork could use a bit of tweaking. ^^;

I still don't know if you guys like the storyline right now,so i don't know if i can post them without being critiqued of the bad kind! Aaron has seen them up to 33,and he says the're good,but then again,he's just one person................

I suppose I could continue.Or I could give it to all of you in a zip! I think I'll do that! Any way if you have any questions,ask me! Also attatched are a few sprites I made,tell me if you like them! The Sprite Comic will be stoped,so I can make some custom charecters,and so,wait till mid January. I will put up custom charecters as I make them please rate them I will put the top 3 in the comic!Any way,There are 38 Comics in the first season. I expect the second season top put the number up to about 100. Anyway,I hope you've enjoyed reading these as much I did making them. Anyway,thankyou for all of those who praised and making me feel special. It's been fun,and the next season will be funner! Enjoy!


P.S. I also included some materials i will or have used,so enjoy and have fun!

I'm working on a movie that goes hand-in-hand with my sprite comic,so I'll post What I have so far. Remember as the disclaimer says,I have not worked with flash for long,so just tell me what needs work,and I'll improve it! Any way,it's only 18.8 seconds long. Remember,this is my first non Motion tween movie! Enjoya!

Aaron and I are getting better in flash! Yay! And now I will say something drastic............................ Aaron and I are making a new group of games! Yes,I know What I said in my first post,but I just can't do it! Look for a flash preview of Pokémon:Forest and Pokémon:Volcano Coming in 2005!
Any way back to the sprite comic.I'm gonna start a contest! I'm not sure what it's gonna be,but it's gonna be cool(I hope..) and the winner will win a staring role in the next season! any way,I will also accept minor cameos,all you have to do is send me the sprite sheet you want me use! If you do that,I'll be sure to find a place for you in the next season! I hope you enjoyed the season,and look for a short commercial of season 2 coming soon! Be there! Do it! Also,I will release the collectors edition of the first season to the winner of the contest!This will have aaron's and I's comments on issues,flash extensions to parts,and much,much more! Here's a hint for the contest,be practicing your spriting!
Also a new development,I have the names of the custom charecters! The green Sonic/Shadow is Sont,and the Yellow Shadow/Amy is Shlemmy. THank you and goodnight!

(I know all of this cause im his friend :-))
(he made the ones he said he made the ones in sprite comic are uslually riped form a sprite sheet)

It's ok most of the things in there were just their oppinions. Mostly you just need to ready the last part (The tally) to see how you can improve :P I'm not trying to make you mad I just kinda...noticed it
