Houndoom Set

My aim is too try and breed a houndour with these attacks:

Flamethrower
Crunch
Shadow Ball
Sludge Bomb

Shadow Ball and Flamethrower i can buy from celadon game corner no problem, crunch is at lvl 59. so can anybody tell me if this is possible:

Nidoking (male-duh) with sludge bomb + female houndour/houndoom

houndoom is one of my faves, so this moveset would really make it a good substitute. any ideas, suugestions, contributions...

Ew.. don't ruin Houndoom with physical attacks, please. If you're gonna go physical with Houndoom, at least make all of his attacks physical. And besides, you don't need Shadow Ball since Crunch covers the same type advantages.
