Like the spirit of December, we too encourage the ideas of cooperation. This festival does not emphasize violence or hated, but peace and sportsmanship. So artists, we ask you to take up your brushes and demonstrate your skill not for just your section or your forum, but for the world to see! Rules
- Only one piece per a theme.
- Remember to title each piece.
- Remember to state which theme each piece is for.
- Every art entry must be appropriate, no excessive gore or nudity.
- The entries must be pokemon related.
- The Maximum Size is 900x900 pixels.
- The Minimum Size is 500x500 pixels.
- The Submission Thread opens December 1st.
- The deadline to submit entries is December 31st.


Judging
- There will be one judge from each participating forum.
- Each judge will give each piece a score from 0.0 to 10.0
- The average of the five scores will be taken for each piece. That will be the final score.
- Each judge will also select the top five pieces for each special category. The piece selected the most times will win for the category.
- In case of a tie for either the normal categories or the special categories, the tieing pieces will be submitted as a poll and subject to popular vote.


Awards
- The winner in each of the categories will receive a banner depending on the ranking and category.
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each theme


Special Awards
- The masterpiece that best reflects the following categories wins a special award banner.
- Most Humorous
- Best Action
- Most Dramatic


If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to post in this thread and we'll try to respond as soon as possible. Remember, the Festival begins on December 1st, so start thinking of ideas!

Also, this idea was approved by Moonlight. So this is an official competition.

Alright! First of all GREAT idea all of you organizing this event.

Secondly, I'm gonna enter this contest, so wait for my picture to be in here! Well, that's all I can say right now ^_^

Finally, I'm glad to see this contest made it to PokeCommunity too. I encourage everyone to join :)

How cool the idea, hmm PKMN largers forums competition , heh great but i dont have the skills , beware of TPM they got 1337 artists.. , like PC but just , its my well known forum.

Yes, pokemon morphs are acceptable as long as the picture fits the theme.

As for the other forum artists, I'm going to post the links to the other Art Submission Threads so you can see for yourself!
