It's done with css, here's a page with the different cursors you can use (http://www.w3schools.com/CSS/pr_class_cursor.asp).

[css-div=cursor:crosshair][/css-div]

^ Is an example of how you do it. Just put your signature text in-between.

Okay.

To get the cursor to change on your signature, you will need to use CSS - "Cascading Style Sheets". Read this (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=200899) for a general idea on what it is and how to use it.

You can use the code that Forever mentioned to change the cursor, for example:

[css-div=cursor:crosshair]SIGNATURE HERE! :D[/css-div]gives
[css-div=cursor:crosshair]SIGNATURE HERE! :D[/css-div]

I mean a cursor from a image URL Oh, That's Easy. Use the same code, But replace the text with an image in you can get those images by uplaoding to tinypic, imageshack ect.. and choose the picture which has [IMG] sround the code. [css-div=cursor:crosshair]http://i55.tinypic.com/4trlo1.jpg[/css-div]

Which gives: [css-div=cursor: Crosshair]http://i55.tinypic.com/4trlo1.jpg[/css-div]

This is a test done by Jake.(Personally, I'd prefer people avoided changing cursors.)
