I need help installing the GIMP...lol I don't even know how to download it. XD I go to the download page at gimp.org, and it doesn't make any sense to me...Please somone help! Right now I only have an outdated version of MS Paint! *huge sigh* :(

Sure thing. The GIMP Website is a little daunting, but a quick look over at CNet (http://www.download.com/The-GIMP/3000-2192_4-10321103.html?tag=lst-0-1) will make things much easier for you.

EDIT: Nevermind, I found out that GIMP doesn't work on Windows 98 *sigh* does anyone know another graphics program for free?

It should work on 98. If you install the other stuff (runtimes aren't they?) that you need. I'm pretty sure my PC User magazine said it was 98 compatible.

yep,indeed,you need the GTK2 runtime libraries(should be on the GIMP's website),otherwise it wouldn't work.

there is a programm called idraw its pretty good:D
