Seems like a certain Toru Furuya revealed the two titles on his site/blog.

Rough translation:
BW025 Hiun Gym pure fight, Battle against Insect of Heart! (Hahakomori)

I guess you would think Ash will win on the first try. But they seem to be going to spend quite a few episodes in Huin city

Yeah, Arty is introduced 7 episodes before this so it seems quite awhile before the actual gym battle begins. I'm assuming this was an accidental leak?

Well there is probably a lot too do in Hiun City since it is the biggest city in Unova. If not bigger then Cities like Saffron, Celadon, Goldenrod, Lilycove, Jubilife, Hearthome, Veilstone, and so on.

Hmm...I believe the reason that this mini-arc is going to take a few episodes is the time when you arrived in Hiun and (SPOILERS AHEAD, for those who do not wish to have their experience spoiled) Bel's Munna was taken by Plasma and you, Iris, and Arti must retrieve it in order to battle him. So, Satoshi will accomplish this great undertaking and battle Arti, who will BTW have the Fushide from BW022, and eventually defeat him, earning the Beetle Badge.

Now, as for Satoshi's team for this Battle...
I presume this will be a 3v3 battle just as in the games, so...

Tepig/Chaobu (It is entirely possible he evolves)
Pidove/Hatoopoo (Again, see above)
and Zuruggu/Sandile, depending on what occurs between BW017 and BW025.

BATTLE SYNOPSIS

-Pidove/Hatoopoo vs Fushide/Kurumayu/Hoiiga. Easy victory for Pidove/Hatoopoo.
-Zuruggu/Sandile vs Fushide/Kurumayu/Hoiiga. Holds its own effectively, but Satoshi pulls it back and switches for Tepig/Chaobu.
-Tepig/Chaobu vs Fushide/Kurumayu/Hoiiga (Weakened)--Tepig/Chaobu pulls of Nitro Charge once and KO's the bug. If it's Fushide or Hoiiga, I expect him to be poisoned. Either way, he is recalled.
-Pidove/Hatoopoo (Weakened) vs Hahakomori--Pidove fights well, but not well enough. Defeated rather swiftly.
-Tepig/Chaobu (Weakened [Possible Poison]) vs Hahakomori--Lands a few hits, but is knocked out by Hahakomori and possibly Poisoning.
-Zuruggu/Sandile (Weakened) vs Hahakomori (Weakened)--After a valiant fight on both sides, the Dark-type pulls of a win, netting a victory for Satoshi.

Note, I haven't based these assumptions on much, this is purely speculation.

I agree with most of the analysis. Going off the game though I would have it as Hoiiga, Ishizumai, Hahakomari.

Ash Team consisting of same you mentioned.

Battle Synopsis Ash leads with Pidove and Arti leads with Hoiiga.

Pidove/Hatoopoo fights only too lose a close battle to Hoiiga.
With Hoiiga in a weaken state Ash sends out Tepig/Chaoboo.
Tepig/Chaoboo handily defeats Hoiiga.
Arti sends out Ishizumai.
Ash Switches Tepig/Chaboo with Sandile/Zuruggu.
Sandile/Zuruggu defeats Ishizumai.
Arti sends out Hahakomari.
Ash returns Sandile/Zuruggu.
Tepig/Chaoboo weaken Hahaomari before it is defeated.
Ash sends Sandile/Zuruggu.
Sandile/Zuruggu proceed to defeat Hahaomari.(because the new pokemon gets some spot light).

I kind of doubt it will end up like that though.

Yes, I am aware of Ishizumai as well, but BW018 is entitled "Kurumiru and Arti," possibly hinting that Arti will obtain two Pokemon before the battle, and the Kurumiru becomes Kurumayu. Then again, it could also become Hahakomori...Hmm...Well, thank you for agreeing with my assumptions, as I felt that they fit.

I'm under the assumption that a Team Plasma mini-arc will probably happen as well on reaching Hiun. I'm not sure if they'll follow the game plot as you assume, and have Bel appear once again, but it might happen.

Now as the for the gym battle itself, you'd assume Pidove and Tepig are given because of their typing, but we know Ash. If he keeps the Zuruggu, I don't see him using it during the gym battle. Don't think they'd throw a newly hatched pokemon in the fire that soon.

Kenshin5

I don't see it being a new hatched pokemon much of an issue, since it seemed to be raring to go against about any other pokemon it encountered in the preview. Main reason I would see it there is so they can get it some spot light early on.

Nothing very interesting - Scan from the gym battle:

Looks like it's using Leaf storm or Razor Leaf to me.

There's another picture scan I saw that shows Ash does win the battle first time around.

Though, unfortunately Pikachu seems to be the star. Meh

I'm pretty sure that he will use Sewaddle and Pikachu.

Hopefully Ash will at least use Tranquill and Tepig for this battle since he is up against bug types.

Contains spoilers :)

The battle begins - Ash chooses Tepig, Burgh chooses Dwebble
Dwebble knocks Tepig out fairly quickly with Rock Wrecker. (Dwebble also knows Protect, Dig, and X-Scissor)
Ash sends out Sewaddle, who dodges a lot of Dwebble's moves using String Shot. Managing to separate Dwebble from its shell, Sewaddle defeats Dwebble with a barrage of Razor Leaf and Bug Bite attacks.
Burgh sends out Whirlipede, who is unaffected by Sewaddle's String Shot, and attacks back with Steamroller, before unleashing a Solarbeam. Sewaddle is hit, but begins to evolve into Swadloon.
Upon evolution, Swadloon learns Energy Ball and defeats Whirlipede for a second, consecutive win.
Burgh sends out Leavanny, who quickly defeats Swadloon with both Leaf Storm and Hyper Beam.
Ash sends out Pikachu (over Oshawott, who wanted to battle :p ) and, though struggling due to being tied up by String Shot, eventually pulls off a win, finishing Leavanny off with Electro Ball.
Ash wins the match, earning the Insect Badge.
But more surprisingly in the episode...

After the events in the Rocket vs. Plasma plot, Giovanni is revealed to have gone missing.
As such, Giovanni's secretary informs JJM that they can do what they like in the interest of TR for now.
TR revert back to their old white uniforms ( :o )
A Yamask floats into the room randomly. Jessie wants to catch it by using Woobat to battle, but instead James feeds it and captures it for himself.

Great episode with a lot of content :)

I don't think Ash had used Pidove in a gym battle before. It would have been nice if he did but he should known that Electric moves aren't that great against bugs. Unless I'm thinking about grass. So Ash is going to be using three Pokemon? I'm guessing he sent Tranquill back over to Professor Juniper to get Sewaddle back. Would actually love to see Tranquill in a battle now. Oh man if Oshawott went out in a battle he wouldn't do too well against bug types.

Haven't seen it yet, but if Giovanni disappears and Team Rocket disband, then that's bad. Everyone will be left confused in the Rocket VS Plasma episode.

*facepalm* they are going to go back to trying to catch Pikachu for Giovanni just when I was respecting Team Rocket's new style

Who said they were changing back? Just because they changed their clothes doesn't mean they themselves have changed...they changed because they had a proper goal; whatever Team Rocket's plans are. Now their goal is to find Giovanni.

WHAT.A.LET.DOWN.

They make this new Team Rocket and just as we're getting used to it, they revert them back to their old ways?

I think honestly think they had something going for the new Team Rocket.

OMG Solar Beam induced evolution! As far as the battle goes, Tepig did awful, why didn't Ash use Nitro Charge at beginning of the match so it would give a speed boost to Tepig from the get go. Swadloon was pretty beastly there for awhile, and manage to hold up against Leavanny for a couple turns. As far as the Team Rocket thing goes, I was hoping they would all disappear then I would never have to see Jessie, James, and Meowth again. Their act is stale too me, they have already tried to capture Pikachu plenty of times. And what is the point have capturing Pikachu for Giovanni if he is missing. At least James got Yamask.

I'm still wondering what happened in those two Rocket vs Plasma episodes.
and I'm amusing that Volt Tackle is gone since it didn't use it in the entire battle.

Long story short they postponed it cause of the earthquakes. And there were scenes in those two episodes showing the destruction of Castelia City.

More then likely their cover was blow so there is no point to going under cover any more, Plasma knows they are present in the region now. As for what exactly prompted the change we may have to wait for subs or the two prior episodes to know exactly.

Finally gotten the chance to watch this episode today.

Since the Team Rocket and Plasma got skipped; the battle just came up. I was glad he picked Tepig but I was hoping Tepig would take out one of his Pokemon. Ash you should have used Tepig on the second battle instead of the first one! Tepig was fast and did a nice job but he got beaten up badly poor thing but I agree he should have used Nitro Charge at the beginning of the battle. Aww Swadloon was amazing in this battle. It was the little guys first gym battle and already it kicked butt! I was surprised that it evolve to be honest. Already two Pokemon in Ash team evolve within two episodes. Pikachu review; what else am I suppose to say since Pikachu usually kicks butt in gym battles? Other then that; good gym battle. Other then gym battle it looks like Team Rocket is back to White outfits. I liked their newer ones. Hopefully they'll still kick butt.

Well, went to the episode after and gave us loads of spoilers of what happened last two. Man I understand why they didn't air Team Rocket V.S Team Plasma its just were now confused as to what happened LOL Oh wells. Well at least Team Rocket is back to them old selfs, I'm one of the few who missed there comical moments. Over all fun episode and am curious if Team Rocket really will be back to there old ways and be in every episode.

Something in those scans make me feel as if the Rocket Trio is back to their comic antics. Or maybe it's just me. =p
OMG.
I was right! Team Rocket is actually back to their original comic role. XD

My complete review of the episode will come later. :p

Oh my, I hope Giovanni is fine, I really like that character! Maybe his disappearance is a reference to HG and SS in which the executives try to find him back. My, I'd love to see these 4 in the anime.

> Dent why are you leading? Not that I mind, it just seems odd.
> Arti is chill.
> You seem to be a bit of an Arti fanboy, Dent~
> Arti why are you so freakin tall?
> And he nonchalantly has the floor transform into a battlefield.
> Dent's Ishizumai is cuter.
> Man Arti wastes no time.
> Pokabu down with a smile on his face.
> Dent, why are you so serious this episode?
> Although you're still damn sexy so I son't care.
> And right after I say that he makes that face. lol
> Protect Protect Protect STOP IT I HATE PEOPLE THAT DO THAT
> Notice how we don't see Ishizumai while Arti returns it. I think it's because that would invoke the issue of having to return both the Pokemon and it's shell/rock thing, which would have been awkward.
> Hoiiga is beast. :D
> WHACK
> Solarbeam-induced evolution. Cue the SOMETHING GOOD IS HAPPENING bgm.
> Kurumayu~
> Hahakomori~
> AHH WHITE UNIFORMS RETURN! <3
> Oh no don't be going after Pikachu. :/
> Cute Desumasu get scene. :3
> Hahakomori just pwnd that Kurumayu! :D
> Sorry Mijumaru, you just got rejected. Wonder if he's gonna hold a grudge about that?
> Lol Pikachu is Ash's "vintage".
> Action!
> Badge get!

Oh, Team Rocket, back to your old ways. I hope you retain some sort of competence and cut down on forced "humor".

I really wonder why Team Rocket is back to their old outfits again.
I hope they will become silly as they were again. They used to make me laugh so hard.

And WOOT!?!?!?
James caught a ghost Pokemon just by feeding it!?
That's like the easiest capture ever!!

I think Desumasu suits James. It's kind of a lonely little Pokemon, grateful to anyone that shows it kindness- just like James. :3

^ I have to agree with you there, James always seems to go with very cute Pokémon too, it could replace Mime Jr. like Mime Jr. replaced Chimecho in the motto, "Desu Desu" or in the dub "Ya, ya"

My only problem with the battle with Arti was he kept spamming Protect. >:(

I loved the guitar version of the opening that played when Kurumiru evolved. :D

Definitely, considering Ash befriended Squirtle and Charmander. And when they had battle for Togepi it went to Misty even though she did nothing to deserve it, she was just the first one seen by Togepi. If I recall correctly Tepig befriended Ash in similar way after helping it free from its constraints, and Oshawott befriended Ash as well.

Alright, so it seems they got back to their old selves because Giovanni doesn't have a special mission for them (Gio isn't gone missing, he's just having a lot of meetings! Who started this stupid rumour? :P).

In the subbed version I watched, it seems like they mention his secretary's name, Matri. Or is it just her title? I hope someone who can speak Japanese better than I do can enlighten me since Bulbapedia doesn't have info about it.

KingKaos

Meh they're old enough to know the truth ;P. Giovanni is a really busy man, I don't think his secretary is lying.

Aquacorde

I think she would lie, though. If Giovanni went missing, his minions would likely panic and things would get out of hand. His secretary has likely been instructed to tell everyone that he is simply very busy to prevent such happenings.
